We return all repairs via Royal mail Special deliver “Guaranteed delivery the next working day” your Device is also fully insured up to the value of £500 if you wish to insure the device for more than £500.00 please contact us.

Refund:

Once a refund has been confirmed, be it over the phone or via our messaging system you will need to return your device for processing.Once we receive your return and checked the issue, we’ll process the refund, and reimbursements will arrive within 15 business days.
