7:30 AM – 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

To make use of this service, simply place your device in a jiffy bag with your details, the issue, and your preferred method of contact. We will handle the rest. Please note that this service is available outside of our regular operational hours for added convenience.

This service is safe, secure, and monitored via CCTV surveillance 24/7, ensuring the safety of your parcels at all times.

Additionally, we offer an online 24/7 service throughout the year. It’s simple—purchase the repair service online, send your device to us, and we will fix it and post it back to you, covering the postage costs so it’s free for you.
