How It Works

Here’s how we work…

Explore our site and find your listed problem in our services section. You won’t need to know anything technical – just what the issue is (such as a broken screen on your iPhone 6). With that found, simply checkout and pay through PayPal (perfect for absolute peace of mind that your transaction is secure). Finally, remove your sim (if you’re sending a phone), package it well and send it to us via Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery.

Then… the work begins…

We’ll set about confirming your diagnosis – and begin to beaver away at fixing the issue in super-fast time. We use all manner of methods, tools and techniques to achieve this – and our services even extend to data recovery and micro soldering (which does indeed mean really tiny sparks and logic board repairs on any phone or tablet).

Usually our work is done and the race is won within a matter of 48 hours, however when the task is exceptionally challenging sometimes this time period may be longer (in which case we’ll always get in touch to keep you up-to-date with progress).

Then, with your device fixed and ready to roll we’ll test it fully before sending it right back to you by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery (if you’re eager to get your gadget back then you can pay an additional charge for Next Day delivery).

Board level repairs

Our advanced IC recovery methods use minimal heat cycles throughout the recovery process. Using cutting-edge equipment this specialist soldering service includes both manual and semi-automated PCB Rework to repair components that are directly mounted onto the motherboard (i.e. SMT components).

We can also provide replacement and refurbishments for SMD jacks on both tablets and MacBooks.
